Combine all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl. Use your hands, but only mix until ingredients are combined. DO NOT OVER MIX, or your meatloaf will become dense. Empty your meatloaf mix into a sprayed pan and shape into a loaf shape. Make sure you have room on all sides of meatloaf. Bake in a 350F. oven for 1 1/2 hours or until center has an internal temperature of 170F. Not can cover meatloaf with slices of bacon.
NOTE: To pressure can meatloaf, place raw meatloaf mix in to quart size wide mouth jars. pack down, leave a dip in top of meatloaf. remove air from jars, place seals on jars, place in pressure cannier, Follow manufacturers directions for your cannier. Process for 90 minutes at 11 pounds of pressure.
