School Lunch
Well my baby boy started Kindergarten this year. We decided that I would pack his lunch for school, not that I have anything against the school lunch program, I just wanted to know what he was eating and how much he was eating. If he is purchasing the school lunch, I have no idea if he is eating it. But if I pack his lunch, I can see what he ate and what he didn’t eat. and you are thinking while how do you know he isn’t just throwing the stuff away out of his lunch box, before he brings his lunch box home. Well. I told him that he couldn’t do that, because I wouldn’t have any idea what he liked and didn’t like. So he brings it home. So I am going to post pictures and a description of what is in his lunch box everyday.
But before I begin, I wanted to share something with you that I made. It is a booklet, with food choices in it, my son with pick one item from each page, for what he wants for his lunch. The pages are Drink, main (soup/Sandwich/salad), vegetables, fruit, snacks, dairy)
