Well I am not going to do a whole week count down, this mostly is a two day count down. It’s for today and tomorrow. I made the menu for Thanksgiving Day the other day. The Menu is:

Today I am going to make and prep for tomorrow
I will make:
Prep the Green Bean Casserole, and The Sweet Potato Casserole, and The stuffing, get the pre-made rolls out of the freezer to thaw.
Tomorrow Thanksgiving Day my time line looks like this.
10:00 AM- Get turkey out of Fridge to come to room temp.
11:00 AM- Put Turkey in oven
2:00 PM- Peel potatoes for mashed potatoes, keep in water
3:00 PM- Take green bean casserole, Sweet Potato Casserole, and Stuffing out of fridge to come to room temp.
3:30 PM- Put stuffing in oven, boil potatoes for mashed potatoes
4:00 PM- Turkey Done. Take out to rest for 1/2 hour, put casseroles in oven.
4:20 PM- Make gravy
4:30 PM Supper
